Position 1: Non-Technical Helpdesks / Customer Service Officers - (X6 openings) - Immediate!! - (Basic salary:$1,400 - $1,600 ) + $450 incentive given out every 3 mths + $10 for each night shift - FRESH GRADS WANTED!!

Job Requirements:
i) Min a Diploma / Degree in IT or any IT related disciplines - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
ii) Location: Singapore, North
iii) Has Basic IT knowledge / experience in using Windows XP, MS office, Outlook/Lotus Notes, Network
iv) Able to work rotational 12 hour shift
v) Open to Singaporeans only


Position 2: WinNT + VM Ware System Engineer - $2,100 - $2,300 - 5 day week office hours

Closing resume submission deadline for Position 2: this Friday - 13th Oct 2006

Job Scope:

• Creating and maintaining the BEA weblogic instances for application teams
• Create and administrate servers window nt, 2000 and 2003 server and linux enterprise edition 3(physical or virtual)
• Create and maintain CVS and file repository for application teams
• Backing up of server data to tape driver (arc-server)
• In charge of physical to virtual server conversion either using vmware's p2v or ghost or acronis

Job Requirement:
i) Windows NT and VMWare
ii) Open to Singaporeans only ( preferably those who can start immediately / short notice)
iii) Knowledge in window administration such as security template hardening
iv) Knowledge of vmware technology, gsx server, esx server, virtual center and p2v,
must know linux commands and how the virtualization work
v) Knowledge of backup software such as arcserver and veritas
vi) Some knowlegde in hp-ux and sun solaris would be advantageous


Position 3: Helpdesks - $1,600 - 2,000- (X15 openings) - Urgent!!!

Job Scope:

• Working Hours: Able to work rotational shift ; Location: Singapore (North / East) OR
• Working Hours: 7.30am - 6.30pm (Mon-Fri) and 7.30am - 1pm (Sat) ; Location: Singapore (East / West)

Job Requirements:
i) Min a Diploma in IT or any IT related disciplines
ii) Min 6 mths - 1 yr helpdesk IT troubleshooting experience in an IT call center environment for the following:

• Windows XP/ME/2000/NT/9x
• MS Office, E-mail apps: Outlook / Lotus Notes
• Network (TCP/IP commands / LAN / WAN)

iii) Customer service oriented with good communication skills
iv) Open to Singaporeans / Singapore PRS / SVPs with good helpdesk experience
v) Preferably those who are available immediately / short notice


Position 4: Unix System Engineer (Permanent)- $2,500 - $3,600

Job Requirements:

i) Min 2-3yrs working experience in UNIX platform - preferably Solaris & HP-UX & AIX.
ii) Some basic networking experience
iii) Knowledge in Unix hardening and networking
iv) Knowledge in backup solution like:

• HP Data Protector, Vertas NetBackup and native UNIX backup etc fbackup, ufsdump

v) Unix Scripting knowledge
vi) Knowledge in Veritas Volume Manager, Samba, HP Omniback
vii) Experience in DR exercise
viii) Preferably those who are available immediately / short notice period
ix) Open to Singaporeans / Singapore PRs only



Position 5: Helpdesk Team Lead - $2,000 - 2,500 - Urgent!!

Job Scope:

• Manage a team of helpdesks
• Allocate / Assign tasks to team
• Generate monthly reports to track call logs and meet SLAs
• Working location: Singapore

Job Requirements:
i) Min a Diploma in IT or any IT related disciplines
ii) Min 1-3 yrs experience as IT Helpdesk team lead experience in charge of 3-6 team members
iii) Have good leadership and management experience
iv) Have experience troubleshooting Windows XP/2000, MS Applications and MS Outlook 2003
v) Open to Singaporean / Singapore PRs only


Position 6: Desktops- $1,600 - 2,000- (X5 openings) - Urgent!!!

Job Scope:

• Location: Singapore (East / Central / North )

Job Requirements:
i) Min a Diploma in IT or any IT related disciplines
ii) Min 6 mths - 1 yr IT troubleshooting experience in the following:

• Windows XP/ME/2000/NT/9x
• MS Office, E-mail apps: Outlook / Lotus Notes
• Network (TCP/IP commands / LAN / WAN)

iii) Customer service oriented with good communication skills
iv) Open to Singaporeans / Singapore PRs only
