<b> Location: Singapore, North-East - 5 day week: Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 6pm</b>
<b> Job description: </b>
i) Open to Singaporeans only
ii) Possess a positive work attitude with a passion in customer service;
iii) Able to demonstrate good interpersonal and customer service skillsets;
iv) Obtained at least a B4 Grade for the English language during the GCE ‘O’ Levels Examinations or assessed to be expressive in both written and spoken English;
v) Has at least a Diploma in Information Technology or Business with a keen interest in Information Technology.
vi) Be able to listen attentively, paraphrase the user’s concerns and type the details into the Call Logging Software at the same time;
vii) Has a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute where the words shall have an average length of 5 letters;
viii) Possess at least 1 year of working experience in a technical contact centre environment;
ix) Possess working knowledge in the following areas:
x) Networking
xi) Database Structures
xii) Sequel Query Language
xiii) Operating Systems (2000, XP)
ix) Internet Browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Mozilla)
x) Microsoft Office
xi) procurement processes
Position 2: .Java /J2EE (junior /
senior) Developers / Team leads (X10
openings)- $1,800- $5,000
Location: Singapore, North / Central /
East / West / Central West
Job Requirements:
i) Min 1 - 5 yrs Java (JSP,EJB) /J2EE
(weblogic/websphere/struts framework)
development experience
ii) Min complete 1 full SDLC for the
above skillset
iii) Team lead experience is preferred
for team lead application
iv) Having banking experience would
have added advantage
v) Open to Singaporeans / Singapore PR

Position 3: .NET (junior / senior)

iii) Basic IT knowledge to perform
call logging for problem escalation

WinXP / ME / NT / 9x, Lotus Notes /
Outlook, MS Office, network etc
iv) Excellent Customer Service attitude
v) Good communication skills
vi) Must be willing to work rotational
shift - (Eg: 8am - 8pm)
